hmm...

Last Sat, had the chance to watch Tanya Chua's concert with my sis so had to leave Teddy Chua for the evening. For once, Teddy Chua could spend "time with himself". The funny thing was after awhile, he realised he don't know what to do (after playing his fb)...so in the end, he went to bed early...now then he realised the importance of my presence...to entertain him minus the "mo"s and "tummy torture"...

14th month

Teddy Chua promised to bring me to brotzeit for a meal so decided to go on our 14th month together...didn't let him know I prepared something for him- a handmade card and a mini frame with our proposal day photo...the meal was very nice and I'm glad he likes the simple but meaningful gift...=)

It's better to be a man because... we can throw and catch a ball without embarrassing ourselves.

Me: *hugs* I love you

Her: Even with all the fats?

Me: *agrees* Even with all the fats

Her: But why? All the fats are going away...

Me: I love you for who you are, dear. Without the fats, it will be a bonus.

Second gown fitting

Met up with Yifen with Jason to go shopping and have lunch at Suntec before heading to French Bridal for my second gown fitting session. Yifen came along and helped to give opinions about the gowns I've tried on.

Initially, the lady whom we signed the wedding package with, Helen was there and she said that in total we only have 5 gowns to select...was a little disappointed to hear that but then at the end of the session, I had 7 gowns in total and still got the tea ceremony dress to choose the next time. =D

Today's trip was much better as there were more gowns that suited my taste and though it was tiring trying every gown the girl helped picked out, it was fun. Very happy that I managed to find a wedding gown that had a design that I really liked but the last time, they didn't allow alterations as it was a new piece. The one I chose today was made slightly bigger and the designs slightly different. The evening gown is also very pretty and elegant, shan't reveal the colour yet. ^_^ Teddy Chua likes the halter gown the most, while the bustier gown is my favourite.

We spent 4 whole hours in the bridal shop and Teddy Chua got to choose his jacket too. However, there was a particular one we liked but it's a little tight for him. Looks like someone got to lose weight like me too...=P

Wedding heels

On the hunt for the wedding heels...saw a few people recommending leapin' lizards to custom-make wedding shoes on a forum but with the great designs, come the price...on average each pair costs $200+...

Went to Cityhall's Robinsons to check out the heels and managed to find one by ViVie in white...think it'll match well with the main wedding gown...plus there's a members' discount this weekend so thought it was a good buy. Most of the sizes are out for this new design so was lucky I could fit into a 5, normally I wear a 6, which is a popular shoe size.

Went to Tangs studio next and though the black heels with crystals looked quite common, but there was a particular pair that looked good when i tried it on...was a little hesitant cos the price is over $100...in the end, Teddy Chua offered to buy it for me...thanks dear!

At least both heels for the wedding gown and the evening gowns are taken care of. The shopping trip was indeed very fruitful! =D
