Second Application for a New Home

This is our second application: an Executive Condominium called The Trilliant.

It's located at Tampines, and within walking distance to the bus interchange and MRT. And since it's near Tampines Central, amenities are nearby too.

As always, there is a catch: Price.

The four-bedroom which we're applying for, is selling at S$1.05 million. We just barely made it by the skin of our teeth, for the down-payment and monthly installments.

The exact pricing will be out on 2 and 3 February. We are going to submit our ballot number on Saturday, 4 Feb. They will draw the ballot numbers immediately, so we will know whether we get a unit instantly. And if we do get a unit, our previous application for Tampines Green Terrace will be cancelled.

Let's see how this one goes...

First Application for a New Home

This is our first HDB application for a new home: Tampines Green Terrace.

There is a neighbourhood centre nearby, so it'll be very convenient to access the amenities. Transport-wise, we'll have to take a feeder bus to the Interchange/MRT though.

Balloting results will be out in February. *fingers crossed*


P.S: We have gotten the letter acknowledging our application. They'll let us know our number by mid-Feb.
