Online shopping keeping Hubbs in suspense

Last night when I couldn't sleep and he was already in lalaland, I chanced upon some items online that I wanted to get to surprise him. Wanted to surprise him when the items arrive but couldn't keep the "secret" any longer so revealed to him casually,

Me: "Dear, I bought something online last night."
Him: "What did you buy?" (exasperated tone)
Me: "NOT gonna tell you, now you know how I feel when you keep me in suspense..." =P
Him: "What Is It? Is it very expensive? Is it more than $100?"
Me: "I used my own $$$. It's less than $100 lah..."
Him: "Ok ok. How much is it?"
Me: "Less than $60, plus it's a few items."
Him: "Huh? A few items? So it's 'somethings' not 'something'! Will it be in time for Xmas?"
Me: Erm, should be? Anyway, if not in time for Xmas, can be a New Year gift." =P
Him: "What New Year gift? Where got such things? You huh..." *shakes head*
